Pancreas Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is a treatment that uses EUS-guidance to place a needle into unresectable pancreatic tumors. EUS-guidance is a procedure that combines endoscopy and ultrasound to obtain images and information about the digestive tract and the surrounding tissue and organs. Linear-array EUS technique will help to visualize the pancreas with great accuracy and allow the examiner to puncture the target under real-time image.
